At Kub Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
